About The Role
Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach you will: Support participants to build independence and daily living skills Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies Promote choice, control and self-determination Facilitate community participation and social connection Support participants to achieve their individual goals Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Success in this role is measured not by tasks completed, but by outcomes achieved and the positive impact made in a participant's life.
