• You'll work directly with the Directors. Frank Vinci and Joseph Carbone bring 75 years of combined experience. You'll learn from them on live deals, not through layers of management.
• You won't be pigeonholed into one asset class. You'll work across offices, retail, industrial, land and specialised sectors such as medical, hospitality and childcare. That breadth builds your experience and your client base faster than a single-sector role.
• The role
• Generate new business: prospect, qualify leads and manage a pipeline of sales and leasing deals
• Inspect properties, prepare proposals and marketing materials, and negotiate terms
• Work with owners, tenants and investors to close deals
• Keep CRM records accurate and track market trends and comparable sales
• Work with the Directors and team on tailored solutions for clients About you
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship skills, with a record of converting leads
• Knowledge of commercial property markets, valuation and leasing principles
• A confident presenter and transparent writer
• Organised and able to manage multiple properties, clients and deadlines
• Comfortable with CRM systems, MS Office and digital listing tools
• A current Victorian real estate licence (or eligible to obtain one) and a driver's licence
• Commercial sales or leasing experience highly regarded; asset management or advisory experience is a plus
