Just bring your toolbox. Hickey Electrical are on the hunt for an A-grade electrician, and we’re not a data centre or a big site where you’re just another number. You’ll work with a crew that knows your name, on jobs that matter to the area. We service residential, commercial and dairy farm clients right across Western Victoria and the Great Ocean Road region, and into Geelong too. We support critical infrastructure the community relies on, and our dairy work is at the cutting edge, including recently wiring a state-of-the-art robot milking dairy plant. Business is booming and we’ve got big plans for 2027. What you get:
• A furnished 3-bedroom house in Timboon, with first right to stay on at market rent after your first year
• $40-$50 per hour depending on experience, plus OT if you want it
• Company vehicle with a fuel card and tablet
• Moving from more than 100km away (as the crow flies)? Up to $1,000 towards moving costs
• Full company uniform: shirts, jumpers, coat and vest
• A paid day off for your birthday
• A shouted feed at our monthly toolbox meetings (Timboon’s a proper foodie town with great coffee), plus the odd sneaky knock-off beer on a Friday.

• Qualified, licensed A-grade electrician in Victoria with a clean, full driver’s licence
• Able to work unsupervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices
• Experience across residential, commercial and dairy/rural work would help
