Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based at Snap Ringwood in Ringwood, VIC. The Production Manager – Digital & Wide Format Print Expert, Customer Service Representative is responsible for overseeing daily print production, including scheduling jobs, setting up and operating digital and wide format equipment, and ensuring output meets quality standards. The role includes coordinating workflow, managing stock and materials, and troubleshooting equipment issues to keep production running smoothly. Day-to-day tasks also involve providing front-line customer service, preparing quotes, advising customers on print and design options, and following jobs through from order to delivery. The position requires close collaboration with design, sales, and other team members to meet deadlines and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient print environment. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess experience with digital printing equipment, wide format printers, and basic finishing processes (e.g., trimming, laminating, mounting).
• Candidates should possess skills in production planning, workflow coordination, and job scheduling within a fast-paced print environment.
• Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a solutions-focused approach to client needs.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, quality control capabilities, and familiarity with checking proofs and final output for accuracy.
• Candidates should possess basic computer skills and the ability to work with print-related software or RIPs; exposure to design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud) is beneficial.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize multiple jobs, and maintain calm under time pressures and tight deadlines.
• Candidates should possess a collaborative mindset, reliability, and a commitment to workplace health and safety and proper equipment handling.
• Relevant experience in print production, signage, or a related industry is preferred; a vocational qualification or training in printing, graphics, or production management is an advantage.
