What this role is all about We currently have an available position for a Graduate Digital Professional or Revit Modeller within our Adelaide office. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality digital engineering solutions by developing and coordinating BIM models across a variety of building projects. Working alongside experienced engineers and digital specialists, you will gain hands-on experience in Revit modelling, project coordination, digital design workflows, and innovative project delivery. How you’ll contribute day-to-day
• Develop and assist with 3D building services models and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Support digital modelling and drafting across Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire and Mechanical disciplines.
• Assist with the preparation of accurate technical drawings and project documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to coordinate building services designs.
• Assist with model coordination, clash detection and quality assurance processes.
• Develop an understanding of BIM standards, digital workflows and industry best practices.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of projects. What sets you up for success
• A relevant qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Drafting, BIM,



Digital Engineering or a related discipline.
• An interest in building services engineering across Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire or Mechanical disciplines.
• Exposure to Revit and AutoCAD through studies, work experience or previous employment.
• An understanding of 3D modelling and technical documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical capabilities.
• A passion for innovation, a progressive mindset and a desire to challenge current practices.
• Full working rights with no restrictions.
• Australian citizenship preferred to meet our project requirements, such as Defence baseline security clearance.
