We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Specialist to join our Marketing and Content team. This is an entry-level role with broad exposure across brand, content, campaigns, live events and the marketplace itself. You’ll learn how the business works from the ground up.

Key responsibilities
• Create video, photo, social and written content that drives engagement
• Plan, produce and schedule social posts
• Promote upcoming sales to lift interest and participation
• Share auction highlights, results and success stories
• Manage the weekly APlus News newsletter from planning to send
• Brief contributors, manage deadlines and edits, and surface stories from market data
• Help prepare campaign assets, schedules and reporting
• Attend field days, sales and industry events to capture content on the ground
• Support Market Operations during peak periods,



including customer service, sale preparation and HubSpot data entry Skills and experience you’ll bring
• A genuine drive to build a career in marketing and content
• Confidence on camera and representing AuctionsPlus in the field
• Strong writing skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Basic video editing skills, or a strong willingness to learn
• Solid organisation across multiple deadlines
• A clear, friendly phone manner and a calm approach to problem solving
• Flexibility to step into Operations when the business needs it Highly regarded
• Tertiary study in marketing, communications, media or similar
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut or HubSpot
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
