About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Transition & Transformation to lead and deliver large-scale enterprise programs across Infrastructure and Application Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex transition and transformation initiatives, driving technology modernisation, cloud adoption and service transformation while ensuring alignment with business objectives, delivery commitments and commercial outcomes. This role requires a strong program leadership background, proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, and the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Portfolio Management
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise programs across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and governance frameworks.
• Ensure programs are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, budgets and quality expectations.
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation strategies. Transition & Transformation
• Lead complex transition and transformation initiatives across Infrastructure and Application Services.
• Drive service transitions, operating model changes and technology modernisation initiatives.
• Oversee application transformation,



infrastructure optimisation and cloud migration programs.
• Ensure seamless transition of services with minimal business disruption. Technology & Service Modernisation
• Provide program leadership across cloud transformation, IT service management (ITSM) and infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
• Drive improvements in service delivery, operational efficiency and technology capabilities.
• Work closely with technical teams, architects and delivery leads to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives. Stakeholder & Team Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders and technology teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations and delivery functions.
• Provide regular program updates, executive reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective decision-making. Financial & Commercial Management
• Own program budgets, financial forecasts, resource planning and cost management.
• Monitor commercial performance, contractual obligations and delivery outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to optimise costs and maximise business value. Delivery & Governance




• Apply Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies based on program requirements.
• Establish robust program governance, reporting and performance measurement frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to organisational policies, delivery standards and risk management practices. Mandatory Skills & Experience
• 12+ years of overall experience in IT program and project management.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise Transition & Transformation programs.
• Solid experience across Infrastructure and Application Services transformation.
• Proven exposure to cloud transformation, application modernisation and ITSM initiatives.
• Experience managing complex programs involving multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in program governance, financial management, budgeting and commercial oversight.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PMP Certification is mandatory. Preferred Attributes
