Role Description This is a full time, on-site Customer Service & Sales role based in Sunshine West, VIC. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience from first contact through to after-sales support.



The position requires close collaboration with the broader team to improve customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and support sustainable growth. Qualifications
• A degree in science or a related discipline.
• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
• Professional Phone Etiquette and confident communication across phone and email.
• Ability to manage sales inquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort working on-site in a small, collaborative team environment.
• Interest in environmental sustainability and willingness to learn about new technologies.
• Basic proficiency with MS office software and CRM or order management systems; prior experience in customer service or inside sales is beneficial.
