- Just Therapy (Casual) At Just Therapy, we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate people to join our growing team as casual Mentors and Therapy Assistants supporting people living with disability to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. As a South Australian owned and operated organisation, Just Therapy has proudly supported the community through a dedicated team of more than 150 Mentors and Therapy Assistants. We take a person-centred approach, empowering NDIS participants to build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections. What does a Mentor do?Mentoring promotes skill development, aims to build self confidence and focuses on supporting you to build your capacity. Mentors will work to help you develop and work towards your aspirations and goals. Our mentors have completed or are currently completing university degrees. What does a Therapy Assistant do?A Therapy Assistant works under the guidance of an Allied Health Skilled to implement a therapy plan. What You'll Bring✅ Flexibility and reliability,



with availability to work across a variety of days and times ✅ A genuine passion for supporting people with disability and delivering high-quality, person-centred support ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive and respectful relationships ✅ Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of every participant ✅ Confidence working independently while also contributing positively within a team environment ✅ Basic technology skills, including smartphones, email, and digital documentation ✅ A commitment to living and demonstrating the values of Just Therapy Essential Requirements
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Current Working With Children Check
• Completion of the free NDIS Worker Orientation Module
