About The Role
Routes Healthcare is expanding its specialist Paediatric Complex Care Team and is looking for experienced care professionals to support children and young people with complex healthcare needs across the North East. You will provide specialist one-to-one and two-to-one care, supporting clients with:



Suctioning and airway management Complex personal care Neurological and spinal injury support Clinical observations and monitoring Promoting independence, wellbeing and quality of life Travel across the region is required, with mileage paid.
