About The Opportunity This is an exciting newly created role for an experienced people leader to drive our Capability, Learning & Experience strategy across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania. In this influential regional role, you'll partner with senior leaders to build future-ready capability, accelerate talent, strengthen leadership pipelines and deliver impactful talent and organisational development initiatives. What you'll be doing As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will: Develop and implement the AMEA capability & learning strategy Lead regional leadership development, succession planning and talent review processes Drive organisation design, culture,
