Service Manager Lead a high-performing service operation, drive business growth, and build a culture of safety, quality and customer excellence. Based in Kalgoorlie, you'll play a key role in leading our workshop team, managing financial performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the performance of the Service Department. Your focus will be on driving profitability, improving operational efficiencies, developing your team, and strengthening customer relationships while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:
• Drive safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and improve workshop performance, labour utilisation, WIP, warranty processes and customer satisfaction.
• Manage department budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
• Develop and mentor employees through coaching, performance management and training.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure jobs are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
• Drive a "fix it right first time" culture across the service team.
• Review customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer experience. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:




• Previous management experience within a service, workshop, heavy vehicle, industrial, mining, or related environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial results and drive business performance.
• Proven experience leading, developing and engaging teams.
• Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing budgets and operational targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
