Monevolve delivers building maintenance, minor works and handyman services at a major university campus in Randwick, Sydney. We are growing and need an estimator and coordinator who can take a work request from first inspection through to an approved quote and a finished job. You will be the link between our client, our subcontractors and our in-house team. If you like pricing work accurately, keeping many jobs moving at once and being the person people trust to follow through, this role is for you. What you will do
• Inspect campus sites, measure up and write clear scopes for maintenance and minor works
• Request, compare and negotiate subcontractor quotes, then build accurate, margin-aware client quotes
• Submit quotes through client systems and by email, and follow up until approved
• Coordinate approved works: book subcontractors and our own tradespeople, arrange site access, materials and safe work documentation
• Track each job from work order to completion so it is invoiced correctly and on time, keeping our job management system up to date
• Be the day-to-day contact for building managers and client representatives
• Check subcontractor licences, insurance and SWMS before they start
• Report weekly on quotes outstanding, approvals received and job status What you will bring
• 2+ years in estimating,



project coordination or maintenance coordination (building maintenance, construction, trades or facilities management)
• Ability to read a scope, price labour and materials and produce a clear written quote
• Experience working with subcontractors and trades
• Strong Excel skills and comfort learning job management software (Simpro or similar)
• Transparent, professional written and verbal communication
• A White Card (or willingness to get one before starting)
• Australian work rights Nice to have: trade background, Certificate IV in building or estimating, driver licence, and experience with university, government or strata clients.

What we offer
• $85,000 to $105,000 + super, depending on experience
