What this role is all about We currently have an available position for a Graduate Asset Management Consultant within our Perth Office. As a Graduate Asset Management Consultant, you will work alongside experienced consultants to help clients optimise the performance, lifecycle, and value of their built assets. You'll gain exposure to asset planning, condition assessments, data analysis, and strategic reporting while developing practical consulting skills across a diverse range of projects and industries. How you’ll contribute day-to-day
• Assist in the delivery of engineering design solutions and supporting calculations.
• Build practical experience using engineering modelling and design software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop strong technical writing skills through the preparation of reports and project documentation.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gain exposure to project coordination and delivery.
• Represent Lucid at industry events and professional networking opportunities.
• Participate in project and site meetings with Project Team Leaders, learning from experienced engineers and consultants.



What sets you up for success The successful applicant will seek to support the growth of business through continuous improvement practices within the organisation. This role would suit a Graduate with 0-2 years of experience. To be successful in this role it is expected that you will have the following:
• An Australian-recognised bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A passion for sustainability, a progressive mindset, and a desire to challenge current practices.
• Full working rights with no restrictions.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Australian citizenship preferred to meet our project requirements such as Defence baseline security clearance.
