About the Role
BlueFit is seeking an experienced Stadium and Leisure Programs Manager to oversee the activation and management of the four-court indoor stadium at the Oran Park and Mt Annan Leisure Centres. Reporting to the NSW State Manager, the Stadium Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, bookings, programming, venue hire, presentation, and maintenance of the indoor stadium and its facilities. This role also involves liaising with user groups, clubs, and sporting associations, as well as maximising participation within the stadium. The Stadium Manager must ensure that all service delivery meets the high standards expected by BlueFit and Camden Council. This is a full-time management position, based at Oran Park Leisure Centre and/or Mount Annan Leisure Centre.

• Current Accreditation in First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain) About the Person The successful candidate will have previous experience in the management and operations of large-scale indoor sporting stadiums, including expertise in children's and adult programming, social sporting competitions, facility bookings, stakeholder management, health and safety, and financial management. Proven experience in leading a diverse team of staff is essential for this role.
