About the role:

Offering a $65,000 base salary + super + commission (OTE $80,000 $95,000), plus a company car and phone, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales career, with no previous sales experience essential!

About the opportunity:

This is a field-based sales role where you'll visit residential suburbs recently impacted by hailstorms, connecting with homeowners and offering complimentary roof inspections.

With a consultative approach rather than hard selling, your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with homeowners through face-to-face, door-to-door conversations.
- Explaining the company's services, including assistance with insurance claims.
- Booking appointments for qualified Hail Damage Assessors.
- Following up with warm leads and previous customers via telephone when required.
- Working independently across designated territories, with locations planned in advance.

About you:

We're looking for someone with personality, confidence and drive! Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or trades, your attitude is what matters most.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- A friendly, confident and approachable personality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Resilience, self-motivation and a positive attitude.
- Confidence approaching homeowners and starting conversations.
- A willingness to work outdoors and travel between locations.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not essential.

Knowledge of roofing, construction or insurance would be a bonus, but isn't required.
