Associate/Senior Associate - Commercial LitigationA well-regarded Sydney disputes team is looking to add a Senior Associate (circa 3-7 PQE) to handle high-value commercial litigation and grow towards counsel.About the roleYou'll run substantial commercial disputes largely on your own carriage, working closely with partners on strategy for the firm's biggest matters. Expect genuine variety: contractual and shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations, professional negligence, insolvency-related litigation, and exposure to class actions, for a client base of ASX-listed companies, financial institutions and government bodies.What you'll bringCirca 3–7 years' PQE in commercial litigation/dispute resolution, gained at a top-tier,
