Wolf & Williams is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its established Legal team in a role that provides commercially astute advice across major infrastructure projects. You will lead tender processes, negotiate PPP contracts valued from tens of millions to multi-billions, and guide project directors on contract interpretation, risk, and resolutions.With autonomy, you will mentor junior lawyers, draft project-specific documents, and collaborate with external counsel on regulatory matters#J-18808-Ljbffr
