A leading Australian manufacturer is seeking a proactive Production & Operations Support professional to join their growing team in Western Sydney.This newly created position offers an excellent opportunity for a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Coordinator or Operations professional looking to take the next step in their career and broaden their exposure across manufacturing operations.Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day production activities, continuous improvement projects, operational reporting and cross-functional coordination across the business.
Responsibilities

- Support production and operational activities across the manufacturing site
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation
- Assist with production planning, scheduling and workflow management
- Maintain KPI reporting and operational data accuracy
- Coordinate documentation, procedures and operational records
- Work closely with production, inventory, dispatch,



customer service and service teams
- Provide support with ERP and business systems
- Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency and performance

About You
- Experience within a manufacturing, production or industrial environment
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Coordinator, Operations Coordinator or similar
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Exposure to Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or similar is advantageous
