As our Restaurant Events & Reservations Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the guest journey:
• Managing reservations and event enquiries across the group
• Building strong relationships with guests and creating memorable first impressions
• Partnering with our venue teams to ensure every booking is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed.
• Balancing multiple priorities with confidence, precision, and attention to detail Your working week: Tuesday to Saturday, with Sunday and Monday to rest, recharge, and reset. What You'll Bring To The Table
• Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, events,



or a similar guest-facing role
• Strong SevenRooms knowledge is highly regarded
• Outstanding communication and organisational skills
• The ability to remain calm, composed, and detail-focused in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
