Based in Sydney within Group Operations and reporting jointly to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Technology Officer, you will help our Finance team document and improve how work gets done. The opportunity Work alongside Finance colleagues to capture their expertise, simplify processes and reduce repetitive administration, freeing up time for analysis, problem-solving and business support. You will turn everyday challenges into clear workflows, practical guidance and stronger controls, designing improvements with the people who use them. What you will be doing: Understand and document
• Map current and future-state processes with Finance colleagues, capturing responsibilities, approvals and practical knowledge in clear procedures.
• Clarify requirements across budgeting, forecasting, cash management, project financial management, revenue, payroll and corporate reporting. Simplify and strengthen
• Reduce duplicate effort, repetitive administration and unnecessary handoffs while maintaining controls, compliance and data integrity.
• Define business rules, system interactions and data requirements using the Business Process Design Framework; resolve risks and bottlenecks. Embed and improve
• Test improvements with users, support adoption and onboarding,



and keep process guidance current and useful.
• Agree clear process ownership and track improvements in administrative effort, reporting quality and the team’s day-to-day experience. What we are looking for:
• Strong business analysis and process design skills across financial and commercial operations.
• The ability to turn Finance requirements into clear workflows, business rules and practical documentation.
• Sound knowledge of financial controls, compliance, process risks and data integrity.
