About The Company
Mayvurn Arc has partnered with a venture-funded technology company applying artificial intelligence to transform a large, traditional industry. The company has raised significant funding, serves major enterprise customers, and is expanding its engineering team to develop AI systems for complex, real-world workflows. Its work focuses on applying technology to operational challenges where accuracy, speed, and dependable execution matter. The organization is building solutions designed to support mission-critical operations and improve how work gets done. As the company grows, its engineering team will have the opportunity to contribute to practical AI products, collaborate across disciplines, and help establish effective ways of building and delivering technology in a scaling business.
About The Role
As an AI/ML Engineer, you will build, evaluate, and deploy AI systems that improve operational speed, accuracy, and customer experience. You will work on translating complex processes into production-ready AI workflows, connecting technical solutions to the needs of the people who use them. This is a hands-on role suited to an engineer who enjoys moving from problem definition to implementation and deployment. You will collaborate closely with domain experts, users, founders, and other members of the engineering team. The environment is fast-paced and may involve evolving requirements, so sound judgment, adaptability, and a focus on delivering useful outcomes are important.
You will also have the prospect to contribute to the team’s engineering culture as the company continues to scale. Qualifications

• A demonstrated track record of delivering AI or machine learning projects from initial concept through production deployment.
• Practical understanding of how to develop, assess, and operationalize machine learning solutions for real-world use.
• Strong product instincts and a willingness to prioritize useful, reliable solutions that can be shipped and improved over time.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users and understand their workflows, challenges, and feedback.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities may change and problems may not have fully defined solutions.
• Interest in contributing to a high-performance culture through ownership, collaboration, and consistent execution. Responsibilities
• Design and build AI systems that support better accuracy, faster execution, and improved decision-making across operational processes.
• Analyze complex workflows and develop practical approaches for turning them into AI-driven solutions.
• Develop, test,
evaluate, and deploy machine learning solutions into production environments at scale.
• Work with domain experts and users to understand operational requirements and incorporate relevant feedback into system design.
• Collaborate with founders and engineering colleagues to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver product improvements.
• Consider the performance, reliability, and usability of AI workflows as they are introduced into mission-critical operations.
• Share technical insights and contribute to engineering practices, collaboration, and culture as the team grows. Benefits This role offers the opportunity to work on applied AI challenges with real operational impact and major enterprise customers. You can take meaningful ownership of solutions from concept through production, collaborate directly with users and domain experts, and see how your work supports complex workflows. As part of a growing, venture-funded technology company, you will also be able to contribute to the development of the engineering team and its practices.
