Equipped Traffic Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Traffic Management Night Shift Coordinator to administer and coordinate traffic-management jobs from booking and permit preparation through night-shift delivery and administrative close-out. Reporting to the Manager, Traffic, you will coordinate job documentation, permits, traffic plans, workforce and equipment schedules, compliance records, stakeholder communications and completion reporting. • Apply and develop specialist Traffio and RapidPlan capability. Task & Responsibilities
• Open and maintain complete electronic files for allocated traffic-management jobs.
• Coordinate permit applications, supporting documents and authority requirements.
• Maintain accurate Traffio records, daily dockets, pre-starts, hours and compliance documentation.
• Prepare and update Traffic Management Plans and Traffic Guidance Schemes in RapidPlan where authorised.
• Control the review, approval, issue and revision of traffic-plan documentation.
• Schedule Traffic Controllers, vehicles, signage and equipment for night works.
• Communicate schedules and operational changes to field teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct desktop and site compliance audits against approved plans, permits and safety requirements.
• Identify and escalate safety breaches, permit issues, delays and operational risks.
• Direct immediate corrective action where a traffic setup is unsafe or does not follow the approved plan.
• Prepare status reports, compliance reports, exception reports and job close-out summaries.




• Provide operational and traffic-control support when required, noting that administration and coordination remain the role’s primary functions. Qualification & Experience
• A current White Card and unrestricted driver licence.
• Current Traffic Management Implementer TMI 1 and TMI 2 credentials.
• Completed TMD1 training and current authority to prepare traffic-management plans within the applicable scope.
• Relevant traffic-management industry experience.
• Relevant experience in project administration, traffic-management coordination or a closely related field, or a relevant Diploma or higher qualification.
• Experience with job administration, document control, scheduling and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of traffic-management planning, permit processes, signage and worksite safety requirements.
• Availability to work the proposed 9:00 pm to 5:00 am shift and participate in the after-hours escalation roster.
