Click on the video below to learn more The Role As a Fullstack Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, building and evolving secure, accessible and reliable digital solutions that support NGS Super's member experience. Working across both front-end and back-end technologies, you'll help deliver modern digital products and integrations within our Adobe ecosystem. Joining a talented Engineering team, you'll work in an agile, DevOps-driven environment where you'll contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and development through to testing, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do
• Develop and enhance secure, scalable and high-performing digital solutions across front-end and back-end platforms.
• Build and integrate APIs,



services and applications to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our Adobe ecosystem, including AEM, EDS and AJO.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and product owners to deliver innovative solutions in an agile environment.
• Support cloud-based integrations, platform performance, monitoring and incident resolution.
• Champion best practices in security, accessibility, code quality and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to DevOps practices, automation and the reliable delivery of digital products.
• Help create exceptional user experiences through ongoing optimisation, testing and enhancement. About You A passionate developer with a strong foundation and a desire to learn, you will bring:
• 2-4 years' experience developing full-stack applications using technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, Python and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience building and supporting modern web applications across front-end and back-end environments.
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Edge Delivery Services (EDS), Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO), or similar digital experience platforms.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React.




• Experience developing and integrating APIs and cloud-based solutions, preferably within AWS environments.
• Understanding of secure software development, web accessibility standards and application performance best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Curious, adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and take on new challenges.
• Experience using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, streamline processes and deliver better business outcomes. Nice to have but not essential:
• Experience with tools such as Figma, ContentStack, Kentico CMS, Pingdom, Auth0, ClickUp, and the AWS technologies.
• Experience working in an APRA regulated or similar environment
