- Base salary up to $137,674 per annum plus 12% superannuation
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum

Your Role

You will be working for an independent Aboriginal Community-Controlled Health Service who are committed to securing quality health care services across the East Arnhem and enabling Yolŋu powered community health and wellbeing.

They strive to provide culturally appropriate, comprehensive primary healthcare to over 6,000 remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents across 3 East Arnhem wards. You will be working in the East Arnhem Land part of the Northern Territory.

As part of your role as Remote Area Nurse / Midwife you will:

- Work in the Maternal and Women's Health Program in partnership with the Aboriginal Health workforce to provide high quality antenatal and postnatal care to clients of the Communities.
- Provide Women's Health Checks
- Assisting women with family planning education and work to build stronger communities together with the wider team.

Essential Criteria





- AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- REC, MEC, ALS, NT ISTAT certificate
- Current Manual Driver's License
- 5 years' experience working in Maternal and Child Health program
- The ability to drive a 4WD will be looked upon favourably.
- Must have full Australian working rights (i.e., Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or Recent Zealand Citizenship)
