THE ROLE

Our client is a long established, area landmark, franchised New Car Dealership located in Newcastle NSW. They have a vacancy for a well organised Pre Delivery Manager who can run this department efficiently. The Dealership is part of a larger Group and offers security of tenure, career advancement opportunities and a friendly working environment. Newcastle offers every facility, with less traffic jams and more affordable housing. The role is Monday to Friday only, so no Saturday work is needed.

YOU'LL NEED

Applicants for this position MUST have current or recent Dealership Pre Delivery Manager experience, or at least have been a senior Pre Delivery Mechanic or Supervisor. You will have strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise work and fully understand the vital importance of Pre Delivery for customer satisfaction. You will head a team of detailers,



technicians and accessory fitters, and so will also have good people management abilities.

THE OFFER

Salary envisaged for this position will consist of a retainer around $70k, Super, Commission and use of a Company Vehicle. OTE should be around $120k
