Property Manager | Essendon

italent are working with a long standing, independent agency in Melbourne's North West with a robust reputation and a loyal client base. They are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a supportive team where you can focus on your portfolio and your clients.

THE ROLE

- Manage your own residential portfolio
- Dedicated support for routines, leasing, inspections and compliance
- Build strong relationships with rental providers and renters
- Coordinate maintenance, rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears
- Keep files compliant with the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (Vic)

YOU WILL NEED

- 2+ years residential property management experience
- Current Agent's Representative certificate
- Confidence managing a portfolio end to end
- Strong communication, organisation and time management
- Own car and current driver's licence

ON OFFER

- $75,000 plus super (negotiable for the right person)
- Monday to Friday, no Saturdays
- Possible 1 day working from home after probation
- Phone and laptop provided
- Supportive team with dedicated support staff
