Property Manager | St Kilda Road

We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager to join a well established and growing real estate investment and property management business with a strong reputation across Melbourne.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys property management but is looking for a role with genuine support around them, a manageable portfolio and a strong work life balance.

The business has a professional and collaborative team, with dedicated staff supporting the property management department across leasing, routines and inspections, so you can focus on your portfolio and client relationships.

The Role

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 130 residential properties
- Portfolio located across Melbourne
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, plus 1 in 2 Saturdays
- Fully office based position on St Kilda Road
- Dedicated support across leasing, routines, entries and exits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with rental providers and renters




- Manage day to day portfolio requirements with a high level of customer service
- Use PropertyMe, IRE and Inspection Express

About You

- 2 to 3+ years property management experience
- Current Agent's Representative certificate
- Strong understanding of the end to end property management process
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive, solutions focused approach
- A genuine interest in building a long term career in real estate
