Senior Property Manager | Hawthorn

italent are partnering with a respected boutique agency in Hawthorn that is growing through current acquisitions. They are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to take on a portfolio end to end, with a strong support team behind them.

THE ROLE

- Manage a residential portfolio end to end
- Virtual assistant and leasing support (you may run your own opens when needed)
- Build and keep strong relationships with rental providers and renters
- Manage renewals, rent reviews, maintenance, arrears and VCAT

ABOUT YOU

- Several years residential property management experience, ideally at senior level
- Current Agent's Representative certificate
- Confident with VCAT and the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (Vic)
- Organised, proactive and client focused
- Own car and current driver's licence

ON OFFER

- Up to $85,000 to $90,000 plus super
- 1 to 2 days working from home after probation
- Saturdays 1 in 4 (no Saturdays may suit the right senior)
- VA and leasing support
- A boutique team with a growing rent roll
