Junior Property Manager | Melbourne CBD

italent are working with a Melbourne property developer that builds and manages its own residential projects. They don't operate like a traditional real estate agency, and they are looking for a motivated person to train in their way of doing things.

THE ROLE

- Routine inspections, open for inspections, condition reports and exit reports
- Chase arrears and coordinate maintenance
- Work directly alongside an experienced Property Manager
- Take on a variety of tasks as the role grows

ABOUT YOU

- A great attitude, strong work ethic and coachable
- Confident, approachable and resilient
- Some customer service experience; a real estate or trades background is a bonus
- Robust problem solving skills and happy to ask questions
- Current driver's licence and comfortable driving across Melbourne
- Agent's Representative certificate, or willing to complete it

ON OFFER

- Up to $70,000 plus super (inclusive of fuel)
- Monday to Friday, no Saturdays
- Laptop, iPad and work phone
- Underground car park in the CBD
- Full training and a clear start in property management
