Commercial Property Manager | Part Time | South Melbourne

Working with a newly established commercial property business in South Melbourne, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager for a part time role. You will take over a small commercial rent roll and make it your own, with real opportunity to grow new commercial business alongside the Director.
THE PROSPECT

- Part time, 1 to 2 days per week to start, growing with the business
- $120K plus super, pro rata
- A small commercial rent roll you can build and shape
- South Melbourne location
- Work directly with the Director

THE ROLE

- End to end management of a commercial portfolio
- Lease renewals and negotiations with tenants and landlords
- Outgoings, maintenance and tenant communication




- Winning new commercial management business and growing the rent roll
- Keep records accurate and up to date in Re-Leased
- Report directly to the Director

YOU WILL NEED

- Solid end to end commercial property management experience
- Strong working knowledge of the Retail Leases Act 2003
- Re-Leased experience, or a comparable platform
- Confidence to build owner relationships and win new business
- Agent's Representative certificate
- Confident, reliable and able to work independently
