Senior Property Manager | City of Merri-bek

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a highly regarded and well established agency in the City of Merri-bek. This role offers a supportive team environment, structured systems and a quality residential portfolio, with genuine growth into leadership.

THE ROLE

- Manage a quality residential portfolio
- In house admin support and a dedicated leasing consultant
- Conduct entry, exit and routine inspections
- Build and maintain robust relationships with rental providers and renters
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, maintenance and arrears
- Support the team with VCAT and other senior level matters

ABOUT YOU

- Solid residential property management experience, ideally at senior level
- VCAT experience




- Current Agent's Representative certificate
- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Confident managing a portfolio end to end
- Own car and driver's licence, ideally living locally

ON OFFER

- Up to $90,000 plus super
- Monday to Friday, no weekends
- On site car park
- Admin and leasing support
- Growth to Team Leader once settled
