You don't necessarily need recruitment experience. We're happy to teach you the recruitment side of things. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, your initiative and your willingness to learn.

You might be someone who:

- Naturally builds rapport and gets people talking.
- Is a good judge of character and personality.
- Can see potential in people, not just their experience.
- Is organised, capable and good at following things through.
- Enjoys juggling different priorities and getting things done.
- Has confidence communicating with all sorts of people.

Your background might be in:

- Human Resources, managing people, recruitment or onboarding.




- Team leadership or workforce management.
- Or perhaps you're studying HR, returning to work or looking for a career change.
- Experience managing people across any industry.

We're more interested in the person than the job title on your resume.

What does the role involve?

- Advertising and coordinating permanent recruitment on behalf of clients.
- Speaking with, screening and interviewing candidates.
- Building relationships with local businesses.
- Matching candidates to roles and workplace cultures.
- Developing talent pools and candidate networks.
- Helping us continually improve the way we recruit.
