The Chance JK Personnel is seeking skilled Welders for long-term job opportunities within established manufacturing businesses in the Ballarat region.
These roles offer consistent day-shift hours ranging between 6:00am to 4:00pm (depending on the client) and may suit both qualified welders or those with recent experience looking to build their skills.

The Role Working within a hands-on production environment, you’ll complete a variety of welding and assembly tasks either independently or alongside another team member. This includes completing detailed fabrication work from plans and specifications along with tack welding and assembly work.
Your day-to-day duties may include:

- Fabrication and assembly work
- Reading and interpreting plans and designs
- Working to project specifications
- Using hand and power tools
- Using overhead cranes to move materials and finished products
- Checking completed work for quality and accuracy
- Maintaining secure work practices throughout the workshop
