Responsibilities:

- Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems and components, including wiring, switchgear, motors, lighting, and control panels.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults,



collaborating with the maintenance team and electrical superintendent to resolve complex issues.
- Perform repairs and overhauls on motors, circuit breakers, relays, switches, and other electrical components.
- Conduct electrical testing, including insulation resistance, continuity, and diagnostic procedures to ensure optimal performance.
- Support instrument technicians in maintaining and troubleshooting control systems and instrumentation.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and testing to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills required:

- Certificate III in Electrical Technology (unrestricted QLD Electrical License essential).
- Proven experience in installation, fault-finding, and repair of electrical equipment.
- Experience within construction projects
- LVR/CPR certification (required)
- Confined Space Entry & Working at Heights (desirable)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
