ALC EZYLife is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and self-motivated Casual Field Sales Representative to help grow our business across Australia.

This is a predominantly field-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, travelling, and generating new business. You'll spend most of your time visiting clients and attending events rather than working in an office.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit hospitals, healthcare providers, aged care facilities, NDIS providers, pharmacies, retailers, and other potential clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote EZYLife products and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Arrange and attend customer meetings and product demonstrations.
- Book, organise, coordinate, set up, and represent EZYLife at trade shows, expos, exhibitions, and community events.
- Travel throughout Melbourne, regional Victoria, and interstate when required to attend client meetings, expos, and business development activities.
- Prepare quotations, follow up leads, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights.
- Work independently while achieving agreed sales and business development goals.

Essential Requirements

- Current Australian Driver Licence (essential).
- Own reliable vehicle (preferred).




- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Melbourne and Victoria.
- Available for occasional interstate and overnight travel when required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and qualified presentation.
- Self-motivated, organised, and proactive.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems).
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential—full training will be provided.
