Join Our Growing Team – Lawn Mowing Offsider Wanted!

We’re expanding again and looking for a reliable and motivated Lawn Mowing Offsider to join our professional crew. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in producing quality work and wants to develop a career in professional lawn mowing and specialist lawn care.

As an offsider, you’ll work directly alongside an experienced Crew Leader, assisting with premium regular lawn mowing and specialist lawn-care work across residential properties and selected larger turf sites. You won’t be expected to work alone or manage job runs independently—this is a team-based role with structured support, training and development.

Ideally, we wish to hire someone who wants a long-term position, with a view to moving into a Crew Leader role in time.

The position starts as casual, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role after a successful trial period.

We service some of Toowoomba’s most high-end properties, so attention to detail and a professional attitude are essential.

Beyond regular mowing, our work includes lawn renovations, dethatching, core aeration, topdressing, lawn levelling, turf laying, fertilising and lawn treatments.



Team members can develop practical skills using specialist turf equipment while learning to recognise visible signs of weeds, lawn grubs, fungal activity and declining lawn health. This creates genuine opportunities to progress into specialist or crew-leadership roles.

What We’re Looking For:

- Manual driver's licence (essential)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Attention to detail (mention cylinder mowing in your cover letter to show this!)
- Physically fit and able to handle a hands-on, outdoor job
- Experience in professional lawn mowing, turf care or lawn renovation work is an advantage, but not essential.
