Beauaraba Living is a private, not-for-profit 128-bed aged care facility located in Pittsworth, QLD. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents.
Position Details
- Permanent Part-Time
- Minimum 64 to 72 hours per fortnight
- Availability required for rotating shift work across 24 hours, 7 days per week

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing person-centred care
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Be flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Valid working rights in Australia
Important Information
- Influenza mandatory and COVID-19 vaccinations are highly recommended
- Visa sponsorship is not available for Direct Care Worker positions
