About the role
Assist clinical staff in the management of problematic persons, security incidents and events, and fire and emergency incidents which may include liaison with Emergency Services.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: * Provide comprehensive security services and assistance to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors whilst at the same time protecting the physical assets of the Metro North Hospital and Health Service. * Provide a first response presence to all emergency situations including helipad operations. * Provide close personal protection to staff confronting aggressive and volatile situations in the provision of front-line health services.
