As Director Allied Health Education and Training, you'll help shape a skilled, capable and future-ready workforce that supports better outcomes for our communities. From driving workforce development strategies to building solid partnerships across services, you'll play a key leadership role in strengthening allied health capability across the region.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role: * Eligibility for registration or membership with a relevant allied health professional body where applicable. * Significant leadership experience in healthcare, education, workforce development or professional practice. * Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships. * A collaborative and innovative approach to leading change, developing people and achieving outcomes. You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in leadership, health,



education or a related field and/or experience leading workforce capability programs across complex health environments.
