Your prospect: * Provide leadership in developing and implementing innovative strategies to improve student achievement and attendance, particularly in schools supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds. * Monitor individual student performance and behaviour, implement intervention strategies where required, and prepare data reports for the Principal when requested. * Develop and coordinate engagement and induction strategies for new arrivals, addressing their academic, social and emotional needs in collaboration with families, staff and external agencies.



* Work collaboratively with school leadership, teachers, parents, higher education institutions and community organisations to strengthen student attendance, engagement and learning outcomes. * Promote socially just practices and ensure relevant legislation and policies are understood and followed, while managing the department's human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources.
