Styled by Kas Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships and increase the company's market presence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, managing marketing campaigns and developing strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential markets and customer segments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Plan, coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Analyse market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Develop pricing strategies, sales forecasts and business development plans.
- Monitor sales performance against revenue targets and business objectives.
- Manage promotional activities, advertising campaigns and brand positioning.
- Prepare sales reports, marketing performance reports and management recommendations.
- Coordinate marketing resources,
external agencies and relevant business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention and overall business performance.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, business development or a closely related management role.
- Demonstrated experience in sales management, marketing strategy and business development.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse market data and identify commercial opportunities.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and sales performance.
- Robust organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
