About the role
The Performance Executive will be an implementational support person for all digital needs within the team at PHD. Your role will include benchmarking, tagging, reporting, insight generation and leading face-to-face client meetings across digital campaigns. In this role, you will demonstrate proficient media skills, continue to build on more advanced knowledge and will be encouraged to supervise and train more junior team members.

What you'll do: * Ensure efficient campaign implementation,



working with all stakeholders * Communicate with your team and your clients regarding digital campaigns and optimisation opportunities * Lead weekly reporting responsibilities and collaborate with digital manager/director on PCR/QBR presentations * Ensure you are kept abreast of the constantly evolving digital media marketplace, including attending training and meeting with media partners * Train account coordinator, in conjunction with digital manager Who you'll be * 1+ years relevant media experience * Exceptional attention to detail * Robust mathematical skills and excellent literacy * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Planning, organisational and prioritisation skills * Works effectively as part of a team – both internally and externally * Committed to training and mentoring team members * Takes ownership for behaviour and integrity of work * Proactivity and problem solving * A ‘Can Do' attitude, Inquisitive nature driving you to ask ‘why?” * Confidence to interact over the phone and in person * Confidence in pressure situations
