As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects throughout the entire development lifecycle, from feasibility and design management through procurement, construction and handover.
A key focus of this role will be residential-led developments, with projects including:

- Build-to-Rent (BTR) developments
- Retirement Living Communities
- Aged Care Facilities
- Hotels and Hospitality Assets
- Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA)
- Mixed-Use Residential Precincts
- High-Density Residential Towers
- Masterplanned Community Developments

You'll work closely with developers, design consultants, contractors, operators and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with client objectives.

Responsibilities Include





- Managing projects from acquisition and feasibility through to completion
- Coordinating consultant teams, contractors and stakeholder groups
- Leading project programming, procurement and delivery strategies
- Monitoring project budgets, risks and commercial performance
- Managing approvals, design development and value engineering processes
- Overseeing construction activities and reporting to clients
- Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Building strong relationships with clients and industry partners
- Driving project outcomes across multiple concurrent developments

The ideal Candidate

- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Property, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline
- 4+ years' experience in project management, development management or consultancy
- Proven experience delivering residential projects is essential
- Exposure to Build-to-Rent, residential apartments, retirement living, aged care, hotel or student accommodation projects will be highly regarded
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities
- Passion for delivering high-quality developments that create long-term value
