Practice Information
The practice is a newly purpose-built, bulk billing medical centre located in one of Toowoomba’s highest-growth suburbs. The centre provides comprehensive general practice services to retirees, young working families and residents of local aged care facilities.
An onsite pharmacy supports convenient access to medications, while a physiotherapist provides services to patients managing chronic health conditions. Pathology services are also expected to become available onsite in the near future.

Position Description
The General Practitioner will provide comprehensive medical care to individuals, families and the wider community, from initial consultation through to follow-up care. This includes the prevention of illness and the assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and ongoing management of both simple and complex health conditions.
The role requires consultation and collaboration with nurses and other General Practitioners within the practice, as well as external specialists, allied health providers, imaging providers and pathology services. The General Practitioner will coordinate ongoing patient care and ensure continuity across relevant health services.




The successful candidate will also support patients and the community through health education and promotion. As a clinical supervisor, the General Practitioner will contribute to the training and professional development of colleagues and other health professionals.

Position Requirements

- MBBS or equivalent
- Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners
- Previous clinical supervision experience
- Valid authority to work in Australia, or eligibility for sponsorship if already residing in Australia

After Hours Requirements
No after-hours work is required.
