We're looking for an experienced Caretaker / Head of Maintenance to join the team at Discovery Parks – Onslow.

This isn't your typical holiday park. Alongside welcoming holidaymakers exploring the Pilbara, we provide accommodation for long-term workforce guests supporting essential regional projects. That means a wide-ranging guest mix, a busy environment and a maintenance role where keeping the park safe, comfortable and running smoothly really matters.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be the go-to person for maintenance across the park, staying ahead of issues and making sure our facilities and accommodation are safe, functional and well presented.

Your day could include:

- Taking ownership of day-to-day and preventative maintenance across the park




- Keeping guest accommodation, facilities, grounds and equipment in great condition
- Prioritising maintenance requests across a busy property
- Coordinating contractors and specialist trades when required
- Monitoring tools, equipment and maintenance supplies
- Supporting safety, compliance and preventative maintenance requirements
- Working closely with park management and the wider team

What you'll bring

For this one, previous experience as a Caretaker or in a property management role within a holiday or accommodation park environment is essential.

You'll also bring:

- Strong hands-on maintenance and general repair experience
- Confidence taking ownership of a property's maintenance requirements
- A strong commitment to safety
- The ability to work collaboratively with the wider park team
- A practical, positive approach to dealing with guests and contractors

Most importantly, you're someone who sees what needs doing and gets onto it.
