We are seeking an Organisational Change Manager to lead the people side of change within a complex delivery environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Conduct change impact, readiness and training needs assessments.
- Support leaders and teams through organisational and technology change.
- Monitor adoption, address resistance and embed sustainable outcomes.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience delivering organisational change across complex programs.
- Knowledge of structured change methodologies, such as ADKAR or equivalent.
- Experience developing communications,
training and change assessment materials.
- Solid stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
Security Clearance: Current NV1, NV2 or TSPV clearance is strictly required
