About the Role
You'll look after the building's property management while working hand in hand with Leasing and the Asset Manager. Your focus will be:
- Rent collection and arrears follow up
- Handling Resident queries
- Supporting leasing initiatives under the guidance of the Asset Manager
- Keeping the building running well and looking its best
- Inspections (both incoming and outgoing)
About You
- Residential property management experience
- Solid knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (Vic)
- Confident handling arrears and resident conversations
- Organised, self motivated and customer mindset
- Build to Rent or high rise apartment experience is a bonus
