We are currently recruiting for Spare Parts Interpreter opportunities across a range of industries, including automotive, heavy vehicles, earthmoving, agricultural machinery and industrial equipment.

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

What you'll be doing

Depending on the position, your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and interpreting spare parts using electronic catalogues and parts systems
- Assisting customers with parts enquiries over the phone, via email and face to face
- Preparing quotations and processing parts orders
- Sourcing parts and liaising with suppliers
- Managing stock levels, inventory and backorders
- Receiving, checking and dispatching incoming and outgoing parts
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Providing exceptional customer service and technical parts support.

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter or in a similar role




- Strong parts identification and catalogue interpretation skills
- Knowledge of automotive, heavy vehicle, machinery or industrial parts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Forklift Licence (LF) is essential
- Good computer skills and experience with parts or inventory management systems
- Robust attention to detail and organisational abilities
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full working rights in Australia
