This role is responsible for developing and managing integrated execution schedules across pre-shutdown, shutdown, and post-shutdown phases, ensuring successful project delivery through effective planning, forecasting, and stakeholder coordination. **Duties and responsibilities** + Develop and maintain integrated execution schedules for shutdown activities.



+ Prepare detailed feeder and breakout schedules for key workstreams. + Coordinate planning activities with project and execution teams. + Monitor schedule performance and provide progress reporting. + Conduct critical path analysis and schedule forecasting. + Identify schedule risks and support mitigation strategies. + Support change management and maintain planning documentation. **Skills and experience required** + Extensive planning and scheduling experience on major industrial projects. + Proven brownfields shutdown or turnaround project experience. + Strong proficiency using Primavera P6. + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project reporting tools. + Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. + Ability to work within project controls and governance frameworks.
